Abstract

Mental health is an important aspect of student well-being, especially in facing academic and social demands during university life. This study aims to describe the mental health conditions of Management students at Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) while undergoing lectures. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with selected informants using purposive sampling techniques. The results show that students experience fluctuating mental health conditions influenced by academic pressure, family expectations, and social demands. Coping strategies such as seeking social support, time management, and engaging in relaxing activities help students maintain psychological balance. The findings highlight the importance of campus support systems in promoting student mental well-being.
