Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak Aktivitas Mahasiswa dan Faktor Akademik terhadap Kesejahteraan Mahasiswa Untag Surabaya, dengan mengintegrasikan variabel Dukungan Teman Sebaya, Engagement Pembelajaran, Manajemen Waktu, Stres Akademik, serta Kecerdasan Emosional sebagai mediator dan moderator dalam model struktural. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengungkapkan hubungan baik langsung maupun tidak langsung antara variabel-variabel serta menilai faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mahasiswa. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan model penelitian eksploratif. Data primer diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner dengan skala Likert kepada mahasiswa Untag Surabaya yang memenuhi syarat, yaitu telah berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kemahasiswaan dan aktif dalam kegiatan akademik selama tiga bulan terakhir. Terdapat 63 responden, dan berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, estimasi populasi yang terlibat diperkirakan sekitar 75 mahasiswa, sehingga jumlah sampel ini mencukupi untuk analisis PLS-SEM.
